The SPEChelper program was developed as a result of these experiences and a feeling that there needed to be a better tool for Architects to use to write their specs in-house. Chuck still stays involved with Contract Administration on a couple of projects at a time. It enables him to see his specs in use and respond to new issues as they arise on each project. The SPEChelper Program was developed as a joint effort by ARCHispec and Access VB Developers, a software development firm in Redmond Washington.
